High Plains Cooperative Propane Gas Payment Programs

Scheduled Delivery- The most convenient program for you! This program is designed to offer convenience and service to you! With our keep-full program your propane gas usage is calculated and you are placed on a scheduled delivery based on this usage estimate. In addition to not worrying about an out-of-gas situation, you are never charged for minimum delivery, after hours or out-of-gas. Plus, you only pay for what you use!

All we ask is that during the colder times you double-check your tank to help prevent an out-of-gas situation. Moreover, all new customers are set-up on the keep-full program. If your account falls into the 61-90 day credit status you are automatically placed on the call-in program and you become responsible for monitoring your tank. Worry about other things, let us worry about your propane gas deliveries. Sign up for our keep-full program.

Call-in Program - You monitor your propane usage and contact us when your tank reaches 20% to schedule a delivery. Call-in deliveries require a 24-hour lead-time and a fill of propane gas. On this program, you are charged the daily price for propane gas.

Summer-Fill Program -Because history as shown that propane prices are the lowest during the summer months, High Plains Cooperative AUTOMATICALLY fills yours tank to help you take advantage of the lower prices. All tanks are summer-filled unless otherwise specified.

Prepay Program - Allows you to purchase your propane gas for the home-heating season upfront. Through this program, you lock in your price and amount of gallons for September through March. This price is guaranteed until the gallons are used up or March 31. After that, you will be charged the daily price. If you have a remaining balance on your prepay, those dollars will be transferred to your regular account as a credit. All gallons on the prepay program are delivered on a keep-full program.

Credit Policy – Our credit policy is net 30 days. All new customers after January 1, 2005 will pay cash in the office 24 hours prior to a delivery or have a valid credit card number on file with our office.

$60.00 will be charged in addition to the cost of gallons if:
• A less than 200 gallon delivery is made (unless it is a Scheduled Delivery tank)
• Call-in or C.O.D payments are not in the office 24-hours before delivery
• After hours delivery, i.e. Monday-Friday after 5:00 pm, weekends or holidays
• Out of gas deliveries for those not on the Scheduled Delivery Program
• Line Blocks, which are necessary if the gas supply is interrupted
